Details:	Saints Foundation delivers Advanced Coaching Centre's for boys and girls across Hampshire. These invitation only Centre's offer players the opportunity to improve, enhance and hone their on-field skills and confidence. Our team of outstanding coaches encourage players to be more active and help them develop to be the best football player they possibly can be. Alongside practical sessions, we also encourage the all-important 'soft' social elements of fun, gaining confidence and progressing to the next level of our player progression pathway. The sessions are delivered by experienced, UEFA/ FA qualified coaches and will follow a similar curriculum to the one used in the world-renowned Southampton FC Academy. Each session will encompass the FA Four Corner Model and will focus on a Technical and Tactical theme, while working with smaller groups and ratio of 1:14. It encourages players to work on different techniques and apply them into a range of tactical situations, helping them to develop and improve game understanding. Each player will receive a certificate of attendance and individual feedback from the coaches at the end of each term. They will then be invited back to the Advanced Coaching Centre or offered alternative player pathways within one of our programmes at Saints Foundation. Players can be invited to this Centre by one of two ways; • Player recommendation from one of our Saints Foundation coaches, at any of our other coaching sessions • Open Trial receiving an invitation following a successful trial. Our open trials usually run at the end of each term, depending on the amount of spaces available at the Centres.
